Guided conscious connected breathwork journey
•When: 1st Monday of Every Month

  • WHO IS IT FOR: Everyone.  These sessions create equilibrium for the whole being and allow a state of calm and peace back into the mind, assist in regulating emotions and enhance the vitality of body and spirit.  Stress, anxiety and overwhelm are reduced in these beautiful channelled sessions.  You will be transported to your very own “bliss bubble” and a feeling of anchored wholeness.   If this is drawing you in, then quite simply, this is for you.
 
  • WHAT TO EXPECT: Initially, you will be gently navigated into a different rhythm and frequency using sound, the power of breath and guided imagery.  Your session allows the heaviness and challenges of life to fade away creating in exchange enhanced peace and tranquility.  It is likely a group healing will be explored to rebalance the chakras, clear down mental and emotional centres and enhance your energy field with powerful, high frequencies.   You may see colours or imagery.  You may find your body twitches or jerks at times.  You may find it easy to relax.  You may fall asleep, or you may be someone who finds it a challenge to let go.  No matter how you respond, this is an opportunity to receive, however that looks to you.  There is no right or wrong.   Or maybe this provides you with a space to reclaim your mojo?  Anything is possible and there are no limits to your personal experience.
 
  • HOW TO PREPARE: Make sure you are in a room where you will be undisturbed.  Have your phone turned off, water beside you and be somewhere you can ideally lie down, with a pillow and a throw so you are warm and comfortable. 
 
  • AFTER CARE: It is important after a re-balancing session to ensure you allow time to adjust and settle back into normality.  You may be more sensitive to sound and your general senses.   If at all possible, keep time after your session as calm as you are able under the circumstances.  Drink plenty of water and perhaps journal anything that has come up for you during your session that feels relevant to your self-care, growth and development.  It is not advised to drink alcohol post session.   If you have an emotional release, allow yourself to feel the emotion and simply let it flow through you.  A bath with magnesium or Himalayan salts is also an excellent way to cleanse the aura and enhance good sleep.

Emotional liberation & empowerment through breathing with Jade Webzell

  • Let’s breathe together as we consciously engage in our most natural way of breathing. Not only will Jade guide you in the most optimal way of breathing in your everyday life and show you various breath practices you can use, she will also create a safe and supportive space for you to express and explore your emotions, allowing them to be acknowledged, embraced, released and transmuted into light. 
  • This will be a guided process where you get to lay down, relax and let go. Through the rhythmic flow of your breath, you will tap into your inner wisdom and resilience, uncovering the courage to confront and transcend limiting beliefs, trauma, fears, and self-doubt. 
  • WHO IS THIS FOR: This session is suitable for individuals at any stage of their journey, whether you are seeking to overcome past traumas, manage anxiety, enhance self-esteem and self-love. Or explore and deepen your spiritual connection and energy awareness. When we are breathing this way we are bringing in life force energy, clearing through energy blocks and releasing density, leaving us feeling free and empowered. So all you need is an open heart, a willingness to explore, and a commitment to your own growth. 
  • WHEN IS THE LIVE SESSION: 1st Thursday of Every Month 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm GMT 
  • WHAT TO EXPECT: 15 minutes intention setting, and moving into a calm and relaxed space through learning a breath practice or somatic regulation tool, which you can also take into your life. 30 minutes of the conscious connected breath laying down, starting with a conscious relaxation body scan. 5 minutes integrating your session, I invite you to lay on your side here. 10 minutes for anyone to share and ask questions afterwards. 
  • HOW TO PREPARE: Make sure to show up on time and ideally with extra so you can settle into your space and set intentions where you won’t be disturbed or interrupted. Choose a place that is comfortable for you to lay down on, even if it’s a yoga mat on the floor. Do not have a big pillow under your neck if it’s constricting your airflow in any way. Wear loose, comfortable clothing so that your belly and chest can expand. If you want to wear a bra a soft one without wires). Removable layers are ideal as there can be temperature changes as a part of healing. Being physically comfortable will ensure that you are not distracted. Have blanket nearby if needed too. Refrain from eating a large meal prior, as Breathwork is not ideal on a full stomach as the energy will stay within digestion. 
  • AFTERCARE: Hydrate to support the energetic and detox aspects of Breathwork and the dehydration that can occur when breathing, please ensure to hydrate well with water and electrolytes. Ground further by eating a nourishing meal, take an Epsom salt bath, go for a slow walk outside, or take a slow flow yoga or yin yoga session. Journal or draw to help bring the insights and experiences into your daily life and consciousness. Be mindful of your environment as it’s common to feel energetically sensitive (even for a couple days) following a deep Breathwork session. It can be helpful to discuss and process your experience with an experienced breathwork facilitator, or even a friend or family member.

When you become aware of how important conscious living is, you also know that every day you will learn something new. It becomes exciting and fun to recognise things about yourself and others and to discover new ways of being that promote a happier and healthier life of true vibrational alignment and freedom. People who are part of our community come from every age, background and culture. All that is required is a desire to grow and make positive change in your life.
  • What to expect: Amanda and Kathy will introduce the principle they are discussing in the session and start with a guided visualisation to help you be fully present. During the discussion they will share examples to bring the principle to life and introduce tools and resources you can take away to help you practice these principles in your daily life. The session will close with a beautiful meditation. How to prepare: Before the session take just a few minutes to remove all distractions and settle yourself in a quiet space where you can fully immerse yourself without interruption. Have a notepad and pen to hand to make any notes of significant observations that come up for you and to record the practices you will use going forward. 
  • Aftercare: Try not to rush straight into the next segment of your day. Give yourself time to assimilate what you’ve learned and to make notes about how you feel.

Accessing 5Dimensional space by Ben Barnett

  • What the session: will be about: The universe is considered by many to be infinite. So why does it feel like we often come up against barriers and limitations to being healthy, successful and joyful? Perhaps it is because we spent much of our time trying to make life small enough to manage, to understand and to predict, so we feel less afraid of it! In my monthly sessions you will have an opportunity to transport yourself beyond those limitations into a space of adventure, creativity, clarity and more. In the process you will recognise your skepticism and by owning it set a part of you free! 
  •  Who is this for: Anyone who has been finding the normal 3D/ time experience of day to day life to be limiting what’s possible for them physically emotionally or conceptually. 
  •  What to expect: Each session will start with a brief description of the area to be considered and how is normally experienced in 3D spacetime. Ben will then lead you through a 10-15 minute guided meditation which allows access to the 5th Dimensional space that is the opportunity to dissolve the day to day limited experience of the chosen topic, say time, and to experience a whole new paradigm. This does not need to be understood or learnt to shift physical, emotional or conceptual barriers and set you free!

Light Language, Sound and Energy Healing with Sandra Jennings

Healing and transformative journey with beautiful light codes and sounds
•When: : 3rd Thursday of Every Month

  • WHO IS THIS FOR? : Light language healings and activations are for anyone on their journey to connect to more of who they are. So, if you are looking to let go of old patterning, unhelpful behaviors or trauma without the need to involve the mind, which can sometimes get in the way, then this is for you. As light language is not a linear language, like English or French for example, it is easier to be open to allow the experience and bypass our analytical ego mind, thereby enabling the higher self to utilize the codes individually where needed. These sessions are a vehicle for rapid transformation for those on a journey of expansion and transformation into their wholeness, bringing you into more alignment with your true, authentic self. 
  •  WHAT TO EXPECT:   As with all energy healing every session is different, however here are some of the different things you may experience: Sometimes as you are releasing you may cry, this can sometimes be a lot of tears or could just be silent tears running down your face. As energy is moving through you you may experience invonuntary jerking or arm or leg movements. You may see colours or images or have sudden memories resurfacing, or possibly past life memories. You may also experience rapid eye movement or flickering eyes. It is also possible to completely drift off of fall asleep. All of the above is possible and there is no right or wrong. If you experience these sessions regularly you will most likely experience all this at some point. The most important thing is just to observe and allow your body and subconscious mind to be in charge.
  •  HOW TO PREPARE:  Most importantly, make sure that you have somewhere comfortable to either sit or lie down (lying down is preferable) where you won’t be disturbed. Ensure that you are comfortable and warm enough, so have a pillow and blankets to hand. Please make sure your phone is switched off or silent and you have water. As sometimes you may have an emotional release, it is also often handy to have tissues. 
  •  AFTERCARE:   If possible, give yourself time afterwards to fully integrate the energies. As you are releasing, it is important to make sure you drink plenty of water to assist with clearing on a cellular level. As the energies will continue to work over the coming days, you may experience sudden realizations, changes in perspective and people or situations around you suddenly shifting.

  • WHO IS THIS FOR: Everyone! Anyone who wants to better understand and build a deeper connection with their soul and to let go of the limitations and blocks from their past, allowing a transformation which will unleash their potential to manifest abundance in all areas of their life. 
  • WHAT TO EXPECT: Sandra will begin by introducing the theme of the session and by explaining CALM and how it works. She will then guide you through the process of creating your connection to soul and aligning to all levels of consciousness, teaching you how to use muscle testing to unearth your blocks in the specific area of life being covered during the session. She will then lead you through the release and alignment process to let go of what does not serve you and align your energy to new ways of being. The session concludes with details of how you can imprint this new way of being with a daily 5 minute process, should you choose to add it to your existing daily practices. There will be time at the end to gain any further support or ask any questions. 
  • WHEN IS THE LIVE SESSION: Fourth Monday of Every Month 1.30pm – 3pm GMT 
  •  HOW TO PREPARE: Please ensure that you have the Zoom application installed on your device and that it is up to date as all sessions are on Zoom. Prior to the session, please ensure that you have a drink handy, a notepad and pen, tissues as some people may cry as they do the energy work that you have removed any distractions in order to create a peaceful environment. All of this preparation will allow you to fully surrender and embrace your transformational healing. 
  • AFTERCARE: After the session, especially over the following 24 hours, drink plenty of water and nurture yourself by resting, listening to music, having a warm bath, or maybe going for a walk out in nature. These self-care activities will allow you to gently integrate the healing you have received.

WHO IS THIS FOR: Nathan works with a huge mix of people including entrepreneurs, business leaders and professionals. But also working and supporting healers and therapists as they continue on their own personal journeys. These people span across a wide variety of industries and walks of life from; the financial services and the charity sector to alternative health. From therapists to astronomers and all the way across to stunt work. WHAT TO EXPECT: Nathan will introduce the session and the theme. You will then have the opportunity to get comfortable in your space as he takes you on a 45 min journey. There will be time at the end to gain any further support, or ask any questions at the end before closing off the session. 
 
 WHEN IS THE LIVE SESSION: 3rd Friday of Every Month 9:30 am – 11:00 am GMT 
 
HOW TO PREPARE: Stable WiFi as the sessions are online using Zoom. Remove Distraction – Shut down your email, social media, give the dog to someone else for the time, don’t arrange deliveries for that day… remove anything that might pull your attention Headphones or earbuds – Although we can do this without, having these helps to remove any additional background noise or distractions on your side. Notepad and Pen – Having this to hand will help you to jot down anything that comes up in sessions that you want to remember and put into action. Tissues – Sometimes there are tears, not everyone, I’m not saying this as some sort of benchmark of what a good session ‘should’ be like. Some people cry, sometimes unexpectedly so it’s worth having them handy. 
 
AFTERCARE: Don’t make plans after your sessions, there may be occasions you will just want to sit quietly, don’t go planning business meetings directly after, or a trip to the hairdressers or barber.

  • AFTERCARE: After the session, take some time to reflect on your experience. Journaling can be a powerful tool for processing any insights or emotions that arose during the healing journey. Drink plenty of water to help flush out any toxins released during the healing process. Engage in grounding activities such as walking barefoot in nature or practicing mindful breathing to anchor yourself back into your body. Nurture yourself with self-care practices that support your overall well-being. This may include taking a warm bath, engaging in gentle movement or stretching, or simply resting and allowing yourself to integrate the healing energies.
